Toll样受体(TLRs)是一类介导固有免疫反应,具有Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白并能识别大量外源性配体的重要受体.TLRs不仅能够抵抗病原微生物的入侵,而且在心肌缺血再灌注性损伤、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等非感染性损伤介导的心肌纤维化过程中发挥着十分重要的作用.文章从免疫反应及炎性反应角度出发,就国内外有关TLRs尤其是TLR4在心肌纤维化中可能作用机制研究进展做一综述,希望能进一步阐明心肌纤维化潜在的发生机制,同时也期许为心肌纤维化的防治提供新的视角.“,”Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are important receptors that mediate innate immune responses, have type I transmembrane proteins and recognize large amounts of exogenous ligands. Studies have shown that TLRs are not only resistant to pathogenic microbial invasion, but also in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury, atherosclerosis, hypertension and other non-infectious lesions-mediated myocardial fibrosis plays a very important role. In this paper, we discuss the possible mechanism of TLR4, especially TLR4, in myocardial fibrosis, and hope that we can further elucidate the potential mechanism of myocardial fibrosis. At the same time, the prevention of muscle fibrosis provides a new perspective.
