目的:观察50~79岁汉族和维吾尔族患者中央区角膜内皮细胞密度。方法:选择50~79岁年龄段维吾尔族患者180例,50~59岁年龄段60例,60~69岁年龄段60例,70~79岁年龄段60例;及汉族患者180例,50~59岁年龄段60例,60~69岁年龄段60例,70~79岁年龄段60例,均取右眼,应用非接触型角膜内皮显微镜观察角膜内皮细胞密度。结果:50~59岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 608.4±327.6个/mm2,汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 728.6±284.6个/mm2,两者对比P<0.05;60~69岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 547.0±292.5个/mm2,汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 672.9±312.5个/mm2;70~79岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 452.8±434.5个/mm2,汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 660.2±374.9个/mm2,两者对比P<0.05。50~79岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 536.1±360.4/mm2,汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2 688.6±324.9个/mm2,两者对比P<0.05;结论:在50~59岁,60~69岁,70~79岁各年龄段,及50~79岁年龄段比较,汉族患者角膜内皮细胞密度较维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度高。
Objective: To observe the central corneal endothelial cell density in Han and Uygur nationality from 50 to 79 years old.
