采用双辉技术和化学镀法在304不锈钢表面制备Ag-Cu渗镀改性层,并对其耐蚀及抗菌性进行了研究分析。结果表明:渗镀层具有良好的耐蚀性,且与基材结合良好;与渗Cu不锈钢和不锈钢基材相比,抗菌性能明显改善,灭菌率达100%。
The double-hui technology and electroless plating method were used to prepare the Ag-Cu diffusion-modified layer on the surface of 304 stainless steel. The corrosion resistance and antimicrobial activity of the modified layer were studied. The results show that the coating has good corrosion resistance and good bonding with the substrate. Compared with the stainless steel and Cu infiltration, the antibacterial property is obviously improved and the sterilization rate is up to 100%.
