焊接工程是工业技术当中一项非常重要的技术,焊接缺陷产生的原因比较繁杂,其原因有可能是冶金造成的,也有可能是变形、应力作用等造成,缺陷焊接不仅对承载能力有一定的影响,还会给焊接工程的质量及工业的发展产生产生一定的制约性。本文主要以焊接缺陷对结构的影响进行详细的阐述,并在此基础上提出焊接缺陷对结构影响的防控措施,以便提升焊件的使用寿命。
Welding engineering is one of the most important technologies in industrial technology. The causes of welding defects are complicated. The reasons may be caused by metallurgy or deformation or stress. Defective welding not only has a certain impact on the carrying capacity , But also to the quality of welding and industrial development have a certain degree of constraints. In this paper, the impact of welding defects on the structure is mainly described in detail, and on this basis, the prevention and control measures of welding defects on the structure are proposed to improve the service life of the welding parts.
