The Japanese Communist Party was founded on July 15, 1922, under the authoritarian rule of the Emperor, which was for some time forced to dissolve or be banned. The programmatic document “Resolution on Japan,” formulated after the second reconstruction of the party in 1927, regards the planned organs of the Party as “the only way” for the activities of the Party. [1] February 1, 1928, the party organ “Chek Banner” (ん ん ん 赤 旗) founded in Tokyo, semi-monthly, secret oil seal issue. The newspaper is now Japan’s oldest newspaper with the largest circulation. The first issue of “Red Flag” marked the prominent position in the header with the words “the paper of the Central Government of Japan Communist Party”
