为了解婚前保健对象生殖健康水平 ,探讨婚前保健的意义及促进婚前保健工作措施落实 ,1 997～ 1 999年对界首市 1 2 2 79名青年男女婚前保健服务情况进行统计分析 ,结果显示 ,通过婚前医学检查疾病检出率平均为 2 2 .7% ,生殖系统疾病发病率占 1 5.6% ,性传播疾病发生率 0 .72 % ,且增长较快。对所有检出疾病者进行分类指导 ,健康教育受教率达 1 0 0 %。提示 ,婚前保健是青年男女生殖健康的基础 ,是对他们进行生殖健康教育的最佳时期 ,是优生监督、提高人口素质的关键环节。因此必须加大宣传力度 ,争取政府重视 ,部门协作 ,加强监督管理 ,以更好地发挥婚前保健的作用
In order to understand the reproductive health status of pre-marital health care objects, explore the significance of premarital health care and promote the implementation of premarital health care measures, a statistical analysis was conducted on the prenatal care services of 12,279 young men and women in Jieshou City from 1997 to 1999.
