齿宽大于70mm、模数4~6mm、中碳钢或中碳合金结构钢制造的圆柱齿轮,在煤矿机械产品中常用作中载或重载传动的关键零件。采用自喷式串联的双匝感应圈对齿轮进行高频连续加热淬火时,虽可使齿面取得三分之二齿高或全齿高的似仿形硬化层,但轮齿的齿向和内孔变形不易控制。通常以淬火前留放余量,淬火后磨削内孔、珩磨齿面的精整手段来达到齿轮精度要求。可是,对于非专业性齿轮制造单位,往往受到缺少专用设备的限制而难以实现。对此,我们本着现有设备条件和工件的不同要求,从试验中找出变形原因,并采取如下工艺措施。
