20世纪80年代以来,西方国家掀起了一股以公共服务为核心的服务型政府的改革浪潮。我国作为人民当家作主的社会主义国家,本身就具有“为人民服务”的根本宗旨,更是自觉顺应了这一历史潮流。本文就从“服务型政府”的涵义出发,结合我国国情分析说明我国在构建服务型政府进程中所遇到的重重阻力,并针对存在的问题,探讨进一步建设我国服务型政府的有效途径。 Since the 1980s, western countries have launched a wave of reform of a service-oriented government centered on public service. As the socialist state that takes our country as the masters of the people, our country itself has the fundamental purpose of “serving the people,” and is consciously following this historical trend. This article starts with the meaning of “service-oriented government ” and analyzes China’s national conditions to illustrate the many obstacles our country encountered in the process of building a service-oriented government. In view of the existing problems, this paper explores the effective ways to build a service-oriented government in our country .
