为使挖掘机动臂、铲斗和斗杆等液压缸运行平稳,通常在其主阀回油处设置适当的背压阀。背压阀的设置必须合理,否则背压过大会导致执行机构动作缓慢;背压过小则会影响执行机构的速度及操作的稳定性,从而导致系统噪声大、油温高,影响热平衡。本文通过对某型30t挖掘机背压进行检测,分析影响挖掘机背压的因素。
In order to smooth the operation of hydraulic cylinders such as excavator booms, buckets and sticks, a suitable back pressure valve is usually provided at the return line of the main valve. Back pressure valve settings must be reasonable, otherwise the back pressure over the General Assembly led to slow motion actuator; back pressure is too small will affect the speed and stability of the implementing agencies, resulting in system noise, high oil temperature, affecting thermal balance. In this paper, the back pressure of a 30t excavator is tested to analyze the factors which influence the back pressure of the excavator.
