心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是常见心律失常,根据心电图房颤波(f波)振幅来推测左房大小早已引起注意。本文就f波大小对照心动超声对左房内径测定,并对阵发性房颤复律后PV_1终末向量(以下简称PtfV_1)进行观察。材料与方法收集门诊及住院房颤患者60例,男33例,女27例,年龄自17—80岁,同时进行超声心动及心电图分析。左房内径测量:应用汕头CTS—16型超声诊断仪进行常规检查,记录收缩末左房内径(正常25—30mm)。 f波振幅测定:测量V_1导联中不靠近QRS—T—U波的f波振幅,由波谷上缘至波峰上缘的垂直距离,以f波振幅≥1mm为粗颤,<1mm为细颤。
Atrial fibrillation (hereinafter referred to as atrial fibrillation) is a common arrhythmia, according to the ECG amplitude of atrial fibrillation (f-wave) to speculate left atrial size has attracted attention. Echocardiography and electrocardiogram were also performed. Left atrial diameter measurement: Shantou CTS-16 ultrasonic diagnostic routine examination, recording end-systolic left atrial diameter (normal 25-30mm). f-wave amplitude measurement: measuring the V-lead not close to the QRS-T-U wave f-wave amplitude, from the trough to the upper edge of the vertical distance to the f-wave amplitude ≥ 1mm for the major fibrillation, <1mm for the tremor .
