水资源优化配置作为解决水资源短缺的重要手段,对于区域社会经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。水资源优化配置模型是一个结构复杂的综合系统,传统的优化方法难以求得模型的全局最优解。第二代非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)是当前解决多目标优化问题最有效的方法之一,但在水资源优化配置领域应用很少。本文以浐灞河流域为例,尝试利用NSGA-Ⅱ优化方法求解该地区水资源多目标优化配置模型,研究了该方法在水资源优化配置模型求解中的适用性。结果表明:该方法得到的水资源优化配置结果合理、可行。
As an important measure to solve the water shortage, the optimal allocation of water resources is of great significance to the sustainable development of the regional society and economy. The optimal allocation model of water resources is a comprehensive system with complex structure. It is difficult to obtain the global optimal solution of the model by the traditional optimization methods. The second generation non-dominated ranking genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) is one of the most effective methods to solve multi-objective optimization problems, but it is rarely used in the field of optimal allocation of water resources. In this paper, the Qionglai River Basin is taken as an example to try to solve the multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources by using NSGA-Ⅱ optimization method. The applicability of this method in solving the optimal allocation of water resources is studied. The results show that the optimal allocation of water resources obtained by this method is reasonable and feasible.
