在我国,随着市场经济的不断推进,面对企业员工频繁流动的现代雇佣关系,如何挽留住员工尤其是优秀员工,成了摆在企业管理者面前的一大难题。人力资源实践与相关研究表明,提高员工的组织承诺水平是保证员工心甘情愿地长期为企业效力的关键,拥有一支高组织承诺的员工队伍是企业持续竞争优势的来源。那么,何谓组织承诺?组织承诺有什么功能?应该如何提高员工的组织承诺?下面就这些内容进行简要介绍。
In China, with the continuous advancement of the market economy, the face of frequent employment of modern employee relations, how to retain employees, especially outstanding employees, has become a major challenge for business managers. Human resource practices and related research have shown that improving the organizational commitment level of employees is the key to ensuring that employees are willing to work for the company in the long run. Having a high-organizational commitment is the source of sustainable competitive advantage. Then, what are the organizational commitments? What are the functions of the organizational commitments? How should the organizational commitments of employees be improved? These are briefly described below.
