目的:观察重组人白介素-11含漱液对鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜损伤的防治作用。方法:将62例采用IMRT(调强适形放疗技术)放疗加DF(顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予常规口腔护理,用生理盐水漱口,出现Ⅱ级口腔黏膜损伤后给予相应处理。观察组在常规口腔护理基础上加用重组人白介素-11稀释液漱口。结果:观察组患者的口腔黏膜反应程度轻于对照组(χ~2=9.5,P<0.05),溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(t=3.47,P<0.05),患者体重下降低于对照组(χ~2=14.56,P<0.05)。结论:重组人白介素-11对防治鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜损伤有显著效果,可以减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of recombinant human IL-11 gargle on oral mucosal injury induced by concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: A total of 62 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by IMRT (intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy) plus chemotherapy with DF (cisplatin + 5-fluorouracil) were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine oral care, mouthwash with saline, grade Ⅱ oral mucosal injury given appropriate treatment. Observation group in the conventional oral care plus recombinant human interleukin-11 dilution gargle. Results: The oral mucosal reaction in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 9.5, P <0.05). The ulcer healing time was shorter than that in the control group (t = 3.47, P <0.05) (χ ~ 2 = 14.56, P <0.05). Conclusion: Recombinant human interleukin-11 has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of oral mucosal injury caused by concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which can alleviate the suffering of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
