8月6日至15日,文化部艺术司和哈尔滨市政府联合举办的第三届全国歌剧（音乐剧）观摩演出和全国歌剧（音乐剧）发展理论研讨会于第二十六届中国哈尔滨之夏音乐会期间在哈尔滨市举行。 中国音乐学院的歌剧《再别康桥》、四川省人民艺术剧院的音乐剧《未来组合》、河南省郑州市少儿歌剧团的《鸡毛信》、四川省南充市歌舞团的歌剧《风雨送春归》、湖南省株洲市歌舞剧团的歌剧《沥沥太阳雨》、云南省昆明市民族歌舞团的歌剧《青铜魂》、江苏省镇江市艺术剧院的音乐剧《快乐推销员》、沈阳军区前进歌舞团的歌剧《羽娘》等剧目参加了演出。经过评选,8台剧目共获得52个奖项,《羽娘》获得本届观摩演出大奖。
