通过OM、TEM、SEM和电子拉力试验机,研究了等温淬火对消失模-精铸复合铸造1Cr17钢园林喷头的显微组织与弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,1Cr17钢组织由贝氏体、马氏体和奥氏体组成。试样经300℃等温淬火后,随着时间的延长,组织中的贝氏体逐渐增多,残余奥氏体量减少。试样的弯曲强度在淬火后略有升高,等温油淬时间为4h的试样综合力学性能最好。
The effects of austempering on the microstructure and flexural properties of 1Cr17 steel garden sprinkler were investigated by OM, TEM, SEM and electronic tensile testing machine. The results show that 1Cr17 steel consists of bainite, martensite and austenite. After the sample isothermal quenched at 300 ℃, the bainite gradually increases and the retained austenite decreases with time. The flexural strength of the sample slightly increased after quenching, and the sample with the isothermal oil quenching time of 4h exhibited the best mechanical properties.
