高校图书馆是莘莘学子重要的学习场所,良好的学习环境和学习氛围都有赖于图书馆的管理。当前图书馆管理在硬件设施方面很不错,但在人文方面还有诸多缺憾。图书馆的管理模式有很多种,每种模式有其优缺点,但优秀的管理模式应是以人为本,以人文管理为理念的。所谓人文管理,是指以人为主体,按照不同人的不同需求,有序有谐地进行不同层次的管理,以促进人的全面发展。本文将从人文管理的概念、图书馆的管理现状及如何实践人文管理理念这三方面一一论述,以此全面认识高校图书馆的人物管理理念。
University library is an important place for students to learn, a good learning environment and learning atmosphere depends on the management of the library. At present, library management is very good in terms of hardware facilities, but there are still many shortcomings in terms of humanities. There are many kinds of library management modes, each mode has its advantages and disadvantages, but excellent management mode should be people-oriented and humanistic management as its concept. The so-called humane management refers to the people as the main body, in accordance with the different needs of different people, orderly and harmonious management of different levels to promote the all-round development of people. This article will discuss the concept of humanistic management, the status quo of library management and how to practice the concept of humanistic management in order to fully understand the concept of character management in the university library.
