为研究泡沫铝材料的动态减振性能,利用自行设计的实验装置,通过电磁振动实验台配合多通道动态信号采集分析系统,对泡沫铝材料在不同激振条件下的减振效果进行了系统研究。结果表明,泡沫铝材料在中高频下具有优异的减振效果且具有很大的频率依赖性,试样几何参数对其减振范围具有重要影响,相同条件下孔径越小减振效果越优异。
In order to study the dynamic vibration reduction performance of aluminum foam, the vibration damping effect of foamed aluminum material under different excitation conditions was systematically studied by means of self-designed experimental equipment and electromagnetic vibration test rig with multi-channel dynamic signal acquisition and analysis system . The results show that the foam aluminum material has excellent damping effect at medium and high frequency and has a large frequency dependence. The geometric parameters of the sample have an important influence on the damping range. Under the same conditions, the smaller the aperture is, the better the damping effect is.
