目的了解高高原航线飞行员营养知识知晓情况和饮食习惯。方法随机抽取西南地区某航空公司高高原航线飞行员115名进行问卷调查。结果有效问卷为110份。(1)9道营养知识题的正确率为28.2%~94.5%。(2)早餐行为调查:68人每周吃早餐≥5次,占总人数的61.8%;早餐地点集中在家里(占41.8%)和单位(占50.0%)。(3)食物摄入量和频率调查:19人每天豆类制品摄入量≥30 g,仅占17.3%;15人每天奶类及奶制品摄入量≥300克,仅占13.6%;22人每天新鲜蔬菜的摄入量≥300 g,仅占20.0%;26人每天新鲜水果的摄入量超过200克,占23.6%;48人每周吃肥肉或荤油≥3次,占43.6%;21人口味偏咸,24人偏油腻,分别占19.1%和21.8%。结论高高原航线飞行员在营养知识知晓和饮食习惯方面还存在不合理之处,应加强营养教育。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of pilots in high altitude and the eating habits. Methods We randomly selected 115 pilots from a high altitude route of an airline in Southwest China for questionnaire survey. Results valid questionnaire was 110. (1) The correct rate of 9 nutrition knowledge questions is 28.2% ~ 94.5%. (2) breakfast behavior survey: 68 people eat breakfast every week ≥ 5 times, accounting for 61.8% of the total; breakfast places are concentrated in the home (41.8%) and units (50.0%). (3) Food intake and frequency survey: 19 people daily intake of soy products ≥ 30 g, accounting for only 17.3%; 15 people daily intake of milk and dairy products ≥ 300 grams, accounting for only 13.6%; 22 People daily intake of fresh vegetables ≥ 300 g, only 20.0%; 26 people daily intake of fresh fruit more than 200 grams, accounting for 23.6%; 48 people a week to eat fat or meat oil ≥ 3 times, accounting for 43.6 %; 21 people tasted salty, 24 were oily, accounting for 19.1% and 21.8% respectively. Conclusions There are still some unreasonable points about nutrition knowledge and eating habits of high-altitude route pilots. Nutrition education should be strengthened.
