针对我国范围之内从事房地产开发工作的相关企业来说,在房地产开发工作进行的过程中涉及到的各个环节里面最为重要的一项内容就是前期的开发工作。一般情况之下来说在,在房地产开发工作进行的过程中已经得到了相应的项目用地的情况之下,是可以站在整体的层面之上将前期开发工作划分为项目市场策划以及整体性规划设计工作两个部分,但是现阶段我国房地产开发前期工作进行的过程中还是有一定的问题,笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对现阶段我国房地产前期开发工作领域中暴露出来的问题进行分析,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国房地产开发行业发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用。
