作者为了研究长效dl-15-甲基前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))注射剂延缓释药的机理,研制了一个简易透析池,并采用了紫外分光标准曲线法测定PGF_(2α)的浓度。在37℃下进行透析平衡试验,结果表明长效PGF_(2α)注射剂(长效注射剂)中的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和PGF_(2α)分子间无明显的络合作用。因而以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和白明胶分别代替PVP配成和长效注射剂粘度相近的药液,并分别和长效注射剂同时进行透析释放试验,二者的释放曲线都和长效注射剂的很接近,这说明可能由于PVP的加入,使注射剂的粘度增加,从而降低了药物的扩散速度,并延长了疗效。
