以连续加热测氢方式研究了低合金高强钢焊缝金属及焊接热影响区金属中的氢陷阱以及残余氢的逸出行为。结果表明:焊缝金属中的残余氢存在于空洞、夹杂物边界等强陷阱和位错、晶粒边界等弱陷阱中;而焊接热影响区金属中的残余氢则主要存在于位错、晶粒边界等弱陷阱中。弱陷阱中氢的释放温度较低,它对焊接接头性能的影响值得重视。
The hydrogen traps and the residual hydrogen evolution in low-alloy high-strength steel weld metal and weld HAZ were studied by means of continuous heating and measuring of hydrogen. The results show that residual hydrogen in the weld metal exists in strong traps such as voids and inclusions and weak traps such as dislocations and grain boundaries. However, the residual hydrogen in the weld heat affected zone mainly exists in the dislocations and crystals Grain boundary and other weak traps. Weak trap hydrogen release temperature is low, its impact on the performance of welded joints deserve attention.
