人类端粒酶逆转录酶在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及意义

目的检测人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)在膀胱肿瘤中的定量表达,探讨hTERT与膀胱肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法和高清晰彩色医学图文分析系统,对45例膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织标本中的hTERT的表达情况进行定量检测,并用13例正常膀胱组织标本作为对照。结果BTCC组织标本中均可见有hTERT的表达,正常膀胱组织中无一表达,表达强度随着BTCC的病理分级、临床分期的增高以及肿瘤的复发而相应增高,其差异具有显著性(P<0·05)。结论hTERT在膀胱肿瘤中表达上调,可以作为诊断、监测复发的指标。应用免疫组化和高清晰彩色医学图文分析系统来对膀胱肿瘤hTERT的表达强度进行定量检测,为临床上对膀胱肿瘤进一步明确诊断、判断预后和治疗提供了良好的参考价值。 Objective To detect the quantitative expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in bladder tumor and to explore the relationship between hTERT and the biological behavior of bladder tumor. Methods Immunohistochemistry and high-resolution color medical image analysis system were used to detect the expression of hTERT in 45 specimens of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (BTCC). 13 specimens of normal bladder tissue were used as controls. Results The expression of hTERT was found in BTCC tissue specimens, but none in normal bladder tissues. The expression intensity of BTCC was significantly increased with the pathological grade of BTCC, the clinical stage and tumor recurrence (P <0. · 05). Conclusion The expression of hTERT in bladder tumor is up-regulated, which can be used as an index to diagnose and monitor recurrence. Immunohistochemistry and high-resolution color medical image analysis system to quantitatively detect the expression intensity of hTERT in bladder tumor provides a good reference value for further clinical diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
