目的:评价复方芪麻胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠(RHRs)血压的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用两肾一夹(2K1C)丝线缩窄法制备大鼠肾性高血压模型;将实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、牛黄降压胶囊组、复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,口服给药4周后测定各组大鼠血压,测定血清中肾素(Renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Ald)含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量均可明显降低肾性高血压大鼠收缩压、舒张压(P<0.01或P<0.05),以及肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方芪麻胶囊具有物具有明显降压作用,其降压机制可能与影响肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统功能有关。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of compound shenma capsule on blood pressure in renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRs) and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Rat model of renal hypertension was established by narrowing the diameter of two kidneys and one clip (2K1C). The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, captopril group, Niuhuang Jiangya Capsule group, The blood pressure of rats in each group was determined after 4 weeks of oral administration. The serum levels of renin, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone (Ald) content. Results: Compared with the model control group, the compound stilberamine capsules could significantly decrease the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure (P <0.01 or P <0.05), as well as renin, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone levels (P <0.01 or P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Compound QEF Capsule has obvious antihypertensive effect, and its antihypertensive mechanism may be related to the function of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.
