自从改革开放以来,我国的社会经济就进入了极其迅速的发展阶段,在这个竞争十分激烈的市场里,企业必须做好人力资源管理这一核心性工作,才能有效提高企业实力。与过去相比,我国的综合国力在不断增强中,社会生产力与科学技术等方面的水平在持续的提高中,这也就间接导致社会对人力资源的重视在改变当中,之前的传统人事管理理念已经需要推陈出新。加强人力资源管理不但能够优化企业内的人力资源,还将有利于提升企业的市场竞争力,所以深入探究劳动经济学背景下的人力资源管理有着重要意义。作为企业需要重点发展的部分,人才资源管理是一项很值得投资的工程,笔者从我国企业热人力资源管理的现状以及劳动经济学的应用情况出发,为我国的人力资源管理事业的进一步发展提出了几点建议。

Based on the status quo of China’s enterprise human resource management and the application of labor economics, the author puts forward the further development of China’s human resource management. A few suggestions.
