合理控制抱辊运动,是科学进行径轴双向轧制工艺设计和环件轧制过程三维有限元模拟必须解决的关键问题。以环轧过程中环件瞬时外径变化规律为基础,建立了抱辊运动轨迹的计算方法,并引入ABAQUS/Explicit商用软件,完成了GH4169合金环件双向轧制过程数值模拟和相关试验验证;对比分析了有抱辊作用与无抱辊作用下环件变形过程。结果表明,采用所提出的方法能很好地控制抱辊运动,得到椭圆度很小的环件,从而为有效控制难变形材料环件质量奠定了基础。
Reasonable control of roller movement is a key issue to be solved in the scientific design of three-dimensional finite element simulation of radial two-way rolling process and ring rolling process. Based on the variation law of the instantaneous outer diameter of the rings during the ring rolling process, the calculation method of the roller trajectory was established and the ABAQUS / Explicit commercial software was introduced to complete the numerical simulation and experimental verification of the two-way rolling process of the GH4169 alloy rings. The deformation process of the ring under the action of embossing roller and without embossing roller was analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can control the roller movement well and obtain a ring with a small degree of ovality, which lays a good foundation for effectively controlling the quality of the ring.
