对阳极氧化铝模板孔间距和孔径的因素进行分析,总结了氧化电压、氧化温度、退火预处理,以及稀土元素对其的影响。阳极氧化之前要对铝基底进行退火处理确保能制备出有序结构。实验时在电解液中添加适当的稀土元素,可以减小孔间距和孔径,并且使氧化膜的硬度增加。温度对于阳极氧化铝的制备影响不是很大,但是实验时最好还是在低温下进行。从总结中推出氧化电压是最主要的影响因素,实验中可以通过调节氧化电压来控制孔间距和孔径的大小。
The factors of pore spacing and pore size of anodic alumina template were analyzed. The oxidation voltage, oxidation temperature, pretreatment of annealing, and the influence of rare earth elements were summarized. Annealing the aluminum substrate prior to anodization ensures that the ordered structure is prepared. Experiment in the electrolyte to add the appropriate rare earth elements, can reduce the hole spacing and pore size, and the oxide film to increase the hardness. The temperature for the preparation of anodized aluminum has little effect, but the experiment is best carried out at low temperatures. From the summary of the introduction of oxidation voltage is the most important factor in the experiment by adjusting the oxidation voltage to control the hole spacing and the size of the aperture.
