以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Bmim]Cl)为溶剂溶解棉浆粕纤维素,在纤维素/[Bmim]Cl均相溶液体系中,采用共反应剂法合成了具有固-固相变性能的月桂酸纤维素酯(LACE)。考察了影响产物取代度的各种因素;采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析等手段对产物的结构及相变性能进行了表征;并对具不同取代度产物的相变储能性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,当纤维素葡萄糖苷(AGU)∶对甲苯磺酰氯(Tos-Cl)∶月桂酸(LA)的摩尔比为1∶3∶3,于75℃反应6h时,所得产物具有较高的取代度,该产品吸热焓值为126.2J/g(相变温度为44.5℃),放热焓值为122.3J/g(相变温度为31.0℃),在相变温度范围内无熔化现象,具有典型的固-固相变材料特征。
The cotton pulp cellulose was dissolved with ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim] Cl) as a solvent, Cellulose laurate (LACE) with solid-solid phase transition properties. Various factors influencing the degree of product substitution were investigated. The structure and phase transition properties of the product were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, XRD, TG-IR and TG.
