为观察创愈酊体内抗菌活性,将240只小鼠尾部经70℃水浴烫13秒,致成Ⅱ°烫伤,创面涂绿脓杆菌或金葡菌1×10CFU/ml。实验动物分为6组,治疗组创面分别涂200%.100%或50%创愈酊;对照组创面分别徐赋形剂、生理盐水或磺胺嘧啶银溶液,观察一周后各组动物的存活率和愈合率。结果治疗组存活率和愈合率均高于对照组。研究表明创愈酊抗菌作用强,是一种较好的外用抗菌药物。
In order to observe the antibacterial activity of Chu-tincture in vivo, the tail of 240 mice was heated in a water bath at 70 ℃ for 13 seconds to cause a Ⅱ ° scald. The wound was coated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of 1 × 10CFU / ml. Experimental animals were divided into 6 groups, the treatment group were painted 200% wounds. 100% or 50% of the wound healing tincture; control group, respectively, the wounds of Xu excipients, saline or silver sulfadiazine solution were observed after a week the survival rate of the animals and the healing rate. Results The survival rate and healing rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. Research shows that Genistein antimicrobial effect is strong, is a good topical antimicrobial drugs.
