目的：研究中药扶正保真汤对放、化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法：１０８例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为对照组（５２例）和治疗组（５６例）。对照组予放、化疗。治疗组予扶正保真汤加放、化疗。结果：放、化疗后，患者食欲、食量及体重增加车治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；体力状况Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ评分及生活质量评价，治疗组改善率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组血清白蛋白水平及白／球蛋白比值治后较治前升高明显（Ｐ＜０．０１），但仍低于健康人组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。肺癌患者中位生存期对照组 ９．８个月，治疗组 １８．４个月，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中药扶正保真汤配合放、化疗，能改善患者生活质量，延长生存期。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuzhengbaozhen Decoction on the quality of life of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: 108 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into control group (52 cases) and treatment group (56 cases). The control group was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment group was given Fuzheng Baozhen Tongjia radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results: After the radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the patient’s appetite, food intake and weight gain were significantly better in the vehicle treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01); Karnofsky score and quality of life were evaluated in the physical condition; the improvement rate in the treatment group was significant. Higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The serum albumin and white/globin ratio of the treatment group increased significantly after treatment (P<0.01), but it was still lower than that of the healthy group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The median survival time of patients with lung cancer was 9.8 months in the control group and 18.4 months in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Fuzhengbaozhen Decoction and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival period.
