介绍了瑞丽江水电站在缅甸的重要地位及业主对监控系统的特殊要求,以及为保证水电站安全运行和满足业主的要求进行的设计及开发,并具体描述了该水电站计算机监控系统现地部分的设计原则和一些主要功能的实现,主要包括开关站线路选择、机组单步控制、网络故障CPU切换、主要控制点通道质量判断及保护逻辑等功能,并介绍了该监控系统在瑞丽江现场的应用情况。
This paper introduces the important position of Ruilijiang Hydropower Station in Burma and the special requirements of the owners for the monitoring system as well as the design and development to ensure the safe operation of the hydropower station and meet the requirements of the owners and describes the design of the local part of the computer monitoring system of the hydropower station Principle and some main functions to achieve, including switching station line selection, unit single-step control, network fault CPU switching, the main control point channel quality judgment and protection logic functions, and introduced the monitoring system in the scene of the application of the Ruili River .
