利用波在粘弹性体中能量的转换机理,给出了超声波焊接聚乙烯时在接头处能量的转换形式,同时计算了接头处的温度分布。试验结果表明,所建立的能量模型及温度计算结果是合理的,这有助于建立合理的焊接工艺规范。
Based on the energy conversion mechanism of wave in viscoelastic material, the energy conversion form at the joint of ultrasonic welding polyethylene was given, and the temperature distribution at the joint was also calculated. The experimental results show that the established energy model and temperature calculation results are reasonable, which helps to establish a reasonable welding process specification.
