目前,三角形螺纹(国标)基本上可以满足联接的需要,但对于强烈振动或需承受剧烈变化的动载荷,还必须要解决螺纹联接的防松问题。为此,我们研究设计了一种新型的防松螺纹(图b),解决了这一问题。附图所示是防松新型螺纹与国标(GB196-63)普通螺纹齿形几何形状、参数的比较图。从图中看出,在同一螺距下,防松新型螺纹对螺杆的削弱程度要比普通螺纹小,这有利于提高螺栓联接的强度。同时,前者受力面的倾斜角β值特别大,达60°,极大地增大了受载面的接触面积,并大大地提高这一表面上的摩擦力。通过计算可知:标准三角形螺纹转化摩擦系数要
At present, the triangle thread (GB) can basically meet the needs of the connection, but for the strong vibration or to withstand the dramatic changes in the dynamic load, but also must solve the problem of loose coupling of the thread. To this end, we study the design of a new type of anti-loosening thread (Figure b), to solve this problem. Shown in the figure is a new thread-locking and national standard (GB196-63) ordinary thread geometry, the parameter comparison chart. It can be seen from the figure that under the same pitch, the anti-loosening new thread can weaken the screw less than the ordinary one, which is beneficial to improve the strength of the bolt connection.
