[目的]对某1-溴丙烷生产企业进行职业卫生调查,了解职业接触与健康间关系。[方法]收集该企业生产信息,了解1-溴丙烷生产流程;收集21名1-溴丙烷生产工人的职业史及个人基本信息,采用定点采样和个体采样方法监测环境和个体暴露水平。收集先前的各种健康监护资料,分析1-溴丙烷暴露和工人健康效应之间关系。[结果]该职业场所广泛存在1-溴丙烷暴露,最高检测浓度达153.08mg/m3;精馏房处检测浓度几何均数最高,为43.62mg/m3,非1-溴丙烷生产区域也可检测到最低1.95mg/m3的暴露量。个体暴露水平在主动采样和被动采样之间无统计学差异(P>0.10)。健康监护资料显示,1-BP接触工人中未检出明显健康受损者。[结论]目前接触条件下未发现该职业场所1-BP暴露对工人健康产生危害。
[Objective] To investigate the occupational health of a 1-bromopropane production enterprise to understand the relationship between occupational exposure and health. [Method] The enterprise production information was collected to understand the production process of 1-bromopropane. The occupation history and personal basic information of 21 1-bromopropane producers were collected. The environmental and individual exposure levels were monitored by fixed-point sampling and individual sampling. Collect previous health monitoring data to analyze the relationship between 1-bromopropane exposure and worker health effects. [Result] 1-bromopropane was exposed extensively in this job site with the highest detection concentration of 153.08mg / m3. The geometric mean concentration of the test solution in the rectification room was the highest, which was 43.62mg / m3. The non-1-bromopropane production area was also detected To a minimum of 1.95mg / m3 exposure. There was no significant difference in individual exposure between active and passive sampling (P> 0.10). Health care data show that 1-BP exposed workers did not detect significant health damage. [Conclusions] No exposure to 1-BP at this workplace was found to be harmful to workers’ health under the current exposure conditions.
