[目的]建立哈药包尔胡特不同药用部位中总黄酮的含量测定方法。[方法]以浓度70%乙醇作为超声提取溶剂提取包尔胡特中总黄酮,并以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法于510 nm处测定包尔胡特中的总黄酮的含量。[结果]芦丁标准溶液浓度在8~40mg/L与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=9.721 4X+0.000 6(R=0.999 8),平均回收率(枝、叶、果实)分别为100.3%、99.2%和100.0%,RSD分别为1.58%、1.87%和1.70%。测得包尔胡特枝、叶和果实部位中黄酮含量分别为1.10%、2.42%和11.41%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为包尔胡特药材中总黄酮含量的检测方法。
[Objective] To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in different medicinal parts of Haer-baerhut. [Method] The total flavonoids in Borhut were extracted with 70% ethanol as ultrasonic extraction solvent and rutin was used as reference substance. The content of total flavonoids in Borhut was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 510 nm. [Result] The linear regression equation of rutin standard solution was 8 ~ 40mg / L with good linearity. The linear regression equation was Y = 9.721 4X + 0.000 6 (R = 0.999 8) 100.3%, 99.2% and 100.0% respectively, with RSDs of 1.58%, 1.87% and 1.70% respectively. The content of flavonoids in the branches, leaves and fruits of Bauhinia was 1.10%, 2.42% and 11.41% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Herbal medicine.
