对79份采自广西不同地理环境的不同类型的普通野生稻进行了花药培养研究,发现不同类型材料的花培力有较大的差异,有41个编号的材料得到花粉绿苗。试验结果表明:孕穗期施复合肥料不仅提高了供体植株的营养水平,而且也明显地提高了花粉愈伤组织诱导频率。接种前稻穗用6—8℃低温预处理8—12天,愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率可提高1—2倍。应用改良N6培养基和适时转移愈伤组织都有明显提高花培效率的作用。
A total of 79 different types of common wild rice collected from different geographical environments in Guangxi were studied on anther culture. The results showed that there were great differences in flower yield among different types of materials, and pollen green seedlings were obtained from 41 numbered materials. The results showed that applying compound fertilizer at booting stage not only increased the nutrient level of donor plants, but also significantly increased the frequency of pollen callus induction. Pre-inoculation of rice with 6-8 ℃ low temperature pretreatment 8-12 days, callus induction and green shoot differentiation rate can be increased 1-2 times. Application of modified N6 medium and timely transfer of callus have significantly improved the efficiency of flower culture.
