用模具旋压可在传统的或专用的锻压设备上进行。旋压时的局部塑性变形源是由模具的摆动(旋压运动)而获得的。目前,已对品种繁多的重要零件和劳动量大的零件,设计了有效的旋压工艺。这种方法可保证节约材料,降低加工劳动量,提高制件质量和使用的可靠性。本文就旋压模的形状,用模具旋压的实例研究,旋压后的管件组织和机械性能,用模具旋压的现状和发展趋势作一介绍。
Spinning with a mold can be done on conventional or dedicated forging equipment. The local source of plastic deformation during spinning is obtained from the wobbling (spinning movement) of the mold. At present, an effective spinning process has been designed for a large variety of important parts and labor-intensive parts. This method can ensure the material saving, reduce the amount of processing labor, improve the quality of parts and the reliability of the use. In this paper, the shape of the spinning mold, spinning with a case study of the mold, the spinning organization and mechanical properties of the pipe, spinning with the status of the mold and development trends for an introduction.
