本文采用毛细管超临界流体色谱法(CSFC)对多元醇型非离子表面活性剂失水山梨醇(SPan)进行了分离与定量研究,并与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行了对比.实验结果表明:Span是失水山梨醇单、二、三、四脂肪酸酯的复杂混合物,其中单酯含量<50%,亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)与Span的化学组成之间存在相应的定量关系用CSFC法分析Span型表面活性剂比HPLC法具有明显的优越性.
In this paper, the separation and quantitation of polyol nonionic surfactant sorbitan (SPan) by capillary supercritical fluid chromatography (CSFC) was studied and compared with that of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) .Experimental results The results showed that Span is a complex mixture of mono, di, tri and tetra fatty acid esters of sorbitan. Mono-ester content <50%, HLB value and Span chemical composition Quantitative relationship with the CSFC analysis of Span surfactants than the HPLC method has obvious advantages.
