在美国佛罗里达州中部的一个磷酸盐矿山的扩大试验中,用复式浮选柱从中等粒度砾石产品中浮选粗粒硅石。扩大试验中固体给料速率为3.77~4.81t/h,胺用量为0.16~0.46kg/t。用回水时的最佳胺用量为0.3kg/t。当中等粒度砾石产品给料BPL含量为40~45,酸不溶物含量为38%~45%时,获得的浮选精矿BPL含量可提高到56~61,酸不溶物含量降至16%~22%,BPL回收率为85%~90%。试验结果表明,复式浮选柱是用于从中等粒度砾石产品中浮选粗粒硅石的一个有效装置。本文叙述和讨论了在与粗粒砾石产品混合前对中等粒度砾石产品进行选别的优点。
In an expanded test of a phosphate mine in central Florida, USA, a multicolumn flotation column was used to float coarse-grained silica from medium-graded gravel products. In the extended test, the solid feed rate was 3.77-4.81 t / h and the amount of amine was 0.16-0.46 kg / t. The best amount of amine when using backwater is 0.3kg / t. When the BPL content of medium gravel products is 40 ~ 45 and the content of acid insoluble is 38% ~ 45%, the BPL content of flotation concentrate can be increased to 56 ~ 61 and the content of acid insoluble matter can be reduced to 16% 22%, BPL recovery rate of 85% to 90%. Test results show that the double flotation column is an effective device for flotation of coarse-grained silica from medium-graded gravel products. This article describes and discusses the advantages of sorting medium-graded gravel products before they are mixed with coarse gravel products.
