沿空留巷巷旁充填系统是目前国内机械化程度较高的充填系统。在总结无煤柱开采沿空留巷巷旁支护技术基础上,针对回采工作面以模板支架为关键装备的巷旁支护充填系统,重点阐述了不同形式或用途的模板支架结构特征。结合煤矿生产应用实践,介绍了回采工作面巷旁支护模板支架充填系统工艺。实践证明:充填支架(模板)适于沿空留巷巷旁支护系统,充填体强度性能稳定,可有效控制顶板及围岩活动,留巷维护效果良好。 Gob-side entry retaining laneway filling system is currently a high degree of mechanization of the filling system. The strength of the filling body is stable, and the roof and surrounding rock activities can be effectively controlled. The retaining effect of retaining lane is good.
