促进每一个孩子身心健康和全面发展是新一轮教育规划纲要的重要目标和内容。本文剖析了基于“轻负高质”的中小学生学业效能的内涵,构建基于学业质量、学习生活质量的学业效能评价框架,并探索了学业效能提升的路径及围绕课堂、作业、评价、情感、课程、教师六个操作点的具体方法。这可以成为“减负”突围的一种尝试,也是构建绿色学业的一种具体实践。
Promoting the physical and mental health and all-round development of every child is an important goal and content of the new round of education plan. This paper analyzes the connotation of primary and secondary school students’ academic performance based on “Negative Negative Qualities ”, constructs the academic performance evaluation framework based on the quality of study and the quality of life, explores the path of academic performance improvement, Emotional, curriculum, teachers six operating point specific methods. This can be an attempt to break through the burden of relief and a concrete practice of building green learning.
