党的十四大提出建立市场经济体制至今,短短两年里,各种关于市场的政策、法规以及各种配套措施应运而生。近几年有关户籍制度改革的呼声也随之愈来愈高。本文作者认为现行户籍制度是发展市场经济的一大障碍,是一堵无形的围墙。城镇户口商品化只能从客观上加固这堵围墙,此墙不倒,市场经济体制难以顺利建立和完善。 Since the 14th CPC National Congress proposed the establishment of a market economy system, various kinds of market-related policies, laws and regulations and various supporting measures came into being in just two years.
