四、加入其他元素对铜铅合金的影响铜铅合金中所含的其他元素,有的是不可避免的杂质,有的是为改善合金的机械性能和金相组织而故意加进去的,有的是为脱氧而加进去的。下面是铜铅合金中所含几种主要元素对合金的影响:锡——加入锡能增加合金的机械性能(如硬度、强度、耐疲性),但能减少铅在铜中的溶解度。把含铅25%的铜铅合金加入不同量的锡,配好料之后倒入6时×2时的小钢筒内,放入定温电炉中加热20分钟,然后取出来在水中急冷(需注意不要搅动),得到的金相试验结果如[表九]所示。由[表九]可以明显的看出,含锡量愈高,铅愈难溶解。
