压铸工艺中的重要参数有浇注温度、填充时间、浇铸压力和模具温度。这些参数对铸件质量、产量和模具寿命有着密切的关系。仅就模具温度而言,对铸件质量的影响就有以下几项:模具温度过低可引起:(1)型芯包力太大,铸件脱模困难;(2)脱模剂(俗称涂料)的脱模功能变坏;(3)铸件表面有冷夹;(4)模具及液态金属温差过大,加速了模具的损坏;(5)铸件表面有花纹或流浪;(6)欠铸。模具温度过高可引起:(1)粘模、变形;(2)脱模剂耗用量增加,并加速分解;(3)压铸节奏延长;
