In 1787 the United States Constitution begins with “Our People” and proclaims the birth of the United States of America. What a sacred word for our people, the solemn declaration of our people, and the magnificent power of our people. Is it true that “our people,” proclaimed in the 1787 Constitution, can represent the black slave whipped under the slave owners of the South American plantations? Can it represent Indians who “deserve to be eliminated?”
