本文对建国以来的中小学生品德评定的内容和标准，从“以德治国”的重要思想出发进行了分析， 并对中小学生品德评定的相关问题提出了几点意见。
This article analyzes the content and standards of the evaluation of the moral qualities of primary and secondary school students since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It analyzes the important ideas of “ruling the country by virtue” and puts forward several opinions on the issues concerning the evaluation of the moral character of primary and middle school students.
