笔者于1985年3月18日下午遇见因入废置沼气池取越冬芋种而发生的一起4人中毒事故,死亡3人,痊愈1人。现报告如下:例1;胡×,男,28岁。患者下池取芋种,入池后自感闻到臭鸡蛋气味,当即流泪,服部刺痛,咽痒,胸部紧闷感,头昏,头痛,约2～3分钟眼前发黑,四肢无力而昏倒于池内。约20分钟被救到池上后来院。查体:体温37.5℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸32次/分,血压90/60毫米汞柱。神志朦胧,呼吸浅快。口唇指
