目的 :探讨抗氧化类维生素与海洛因依赖的关系。方法 :检测 74例海洛因依赖者和 80例健康人血浆中的维生素 C(P-VC)、维生素 E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素 (P-β-CAR)含量。结果 :与对照组比较 ,海洛因依赖组的 P-VC、P-VE、 P-β-CAR平均含量均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;随着吸食海洛因史的延长和吸食海洛因量的增加 ,海洛因依赖者的 P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR含量均逐渐降低 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;逐步回归提示海洛因依赖者的吸食海洛因史和服吸海洛因量均与 P-VC、P-VE值相关最密切。结论 :海洛因依赖者体内的氧化抗氧化平衡严重失调 ,自由基反应病理性加剧
Objective: To investigate the relationship between antioxidant vitamins and heroin dependence. Methods: The plasma concentrations of P-VC, P-VE and P-β-CAR in 74 heroin addicts and 80 healthy controls were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the average levels of P-VC, P-VE and P-β-CAR in heroin dependence group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). With the prolongation of heroin addiction and heroin consumption The levels of P-VC, P-VE and P-β-CAR in heroin addicts decreased gradually (P <0.01). The stepwise regression showed that the heroin addicts took both heroin and sufentanil P-VC, P-VE values most closely related. Conclusion: The balance of oxidation and anti-oxidation in heroin addicts is severely imbalanced and the pathology of free radical reaction aggravates
