超声检测具有非接触、精确、快速、实时等优点。用超声法分析溶液浓度,在化工等生产中有广泛的应用前景。作者对超声法分析硫酸浓度进行了较细微的可行性试验研究,并将试验结果与比重法作了比较。结果表明,对硫酸大部分的浓度范围,此方法用于生产实际是完全可行的,尤其在高浓度范围,可弥补比重法换算浓度时误差过大之不足。
Ultrasound testing with non-contact, accurate, fast, real-time and so on. Ultrasonic analysis of the solution concentration, chemical and other production has a wide range of applications. The authors conducted a more subtle feasibility study on the sulfuric acid concentration by sonication and compared the results with the gravity method. The results show that this method is practicable for the production of most of the sulfuric acid concentration range, especially in the high concentration range, which can make up for the lack of error in the conversion of the specific gravity method.
