1978~1979年於玉米生长季节进行了三次试验,目的在于比较白天与夜间施药防治小地老虎对玉米的保苗效果。本试验采用自然危害和诱发危害两种方法,供试药剂为毒死蜱和毒杀芬两种。结果表明,夜间施药在逆增温条件下,常常比白天施药的效果好,而逆增温条件不存在时,白天与夜间施药的效果相同。同时获得了小地老虎为害、株丛数,产量及诱捕幼虫数相互关系等数据,找出了株丛数与产量、产量与幼虫数之间的重要相关性,提出了在每2.6平方米面积的小区内(小区周围设金属栏板),平均有11.5头幼虫,便可导致小区内玉米植株全部毁灭。
Three experiments were carried out in the corn growing season from 1978 to 1979 with the purpose of comparing the seedling protection effect of small tiger to corn in the day and night. The test uses two methods of natural hazards and induced hazards for the test agent is chlorpyrifos and toxaphene two. The results showed that the night spraying under the conditions of reverse warming, the effect is usually better than during the day, while the anti-warming conditions do not exist, the same day and night spraying the same effect. At the same time, we obtained the data of the correlation between the number of pest and the number of trapping larvae, the number of plants per plant, the number of traits and the number of trapping larvae. We found out the important correlation between plant number and yield, yield and number of larvae. (Within the area around the metal fence), an average of 11.5 larvae, can lead to the destruction of all corn plants within the district.
