为了研究坦克动力舱装甲板温度场,必须对动力舱温度场进行必要的测试。以某型坦克动力舱为研究对象,设计了动力舱温度场试验方案,通过试验,得到了动力舱内主要部件表面和动力舱装甲板表面的稳态温度场分布。试验数据表明:排气管、增压器、变速箱和制动带是动力舱内主要热源,排气管附近顶甲板和排气百叶窗温度较高。
In order to study the temperature field of a tank powered deck, it is necessary to carry out the necessary tests on the temperature field of the power compartment. Taking a tank powered cabin as the research object, a dynamic temperature field test scheme was designed. Through experiments, the steady-state temperature field distributions of the main components in the power cabin and the surface of the power deck were obtained. The test data show that the exhaust pipe, supercharger, gearbox and brake band are the main heat sources in the power cabin. The temperature of the top deck and the exhaust louvers near the exhaust pipe are relatively high.
